About H.O.L.A. Labor Consultants

H.O.L.A. Labor Consultants, Inc, is led by President Chuck Twist. Chuck who has nearly four decades experience working in the 'green' industry as well as nearly three decades helping customers meet their labor needs using the H-2B Visa process.

​Few are more knowledgeable than Chuck on the H-2B Visa, and he calls upon that expertise for each and every client.

Raised in northeastern Oklahoma, Chuck attended Northeastern Oklahoma A & M College and Oklahoma State University, where he studied Horticulture and Landscape Architecture. He is married and has two daughters.

​H.O.L.A. Labor is an active Member Consultant/Agent​ of the ​Seasonal Employment Alliance (SEA). As a member, H.O.L.A. participates in weekly telephone conferences with SEA to stay abreast of the ever-changing landscape of H-2B. H.O.L.A. also attends national forums annually with all the appropriate governmental agencies to stay abreast of current issues, rules, regulations, legislation and filing procedures related to the H-2B Visa. Chuck regularly engages in H-2B advocacy in Washington, DC to encourage common-sense rules, regulations and legislation.
