About Us

We make it possible for you to hire seasonal workers from Mexico and other countries using the H-2B Visa program. The "HOLA" in our name stands for H-2B Occupational Labor Alternative (it's also the Spanish word for hello).

H.O.L.A. Labor Consultants President, Chuck Twist, ensures each customer receives personalized service that meets their needs. He has nearly four decadess of experience in the green industry and nearly three decades as an H-2B visa consultant to call upon for you.

What We Do

We help our clients work through the processes of four governmental agencies to get certified and approved to hire workers via the H-2A, H-2B and EB-3 Visa process, and more.

We guide you through the process of completing the appropriate paperwork to get the number and type of seasonal employees you need. We are available to answer questions throughout the work visa authorization process.

And What We Don't Do...

  • We don't provide you with an immediate labor solution (The process usually takes 60-150 days, averaging 120 days)
  • We don't help you find cheap day laborers
  • We don't help you avoid paying payroll taxes or workers comp

  • We return all of your phone calls and answer all of your questions in an expedient and professional manner.
  • We keep abreast of the ever-changing rules and regulations
  • We are open and honest with you regarding your Visa case and the process in general.

  • We keep the process as simple as possible for you from start to finish, until your workers arrive.
  • We strive to under promise and over deliver.

Common Industries

We serve any job that is temporary in nature, whether you have a seasonal need, peak load need, intermittent need, or a one-time need.
"In the H-2 (H-2A and H-2B programs)…there are transportation cost requirements and there are housing requirements for bringing in foreign workers. That almost – that automatically builds in costs added to the use of foreign workers versus U.S. workers. I like that. I like that. I want it to cost more to use non-American workers because if you are willing to pay that amount, that’s actually the truest test, to me, that in fact that particular market we really do need temporary foreign workers. Otherwise, why wouldn’t you just pay less and get someone who can stay here year-round?"
